Jessica was born and raised in the Lincoln area and recently moved back to serve her community after residing in Omaha for 10+ years. Jessica obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Northwestern College in 2010 and further pursued her passion for caring for others by obtaining her Masters in Counseling from University of Nebraska Omaha in 2013. Jessica was hired at NOVA Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility in Omaha, Nebraska where she provider therapeutic services for 7+ years to adolescent struggling with both mental health and substance use disorders. As Jessica continued with providing therapy to youth, she became interested in the mind body connection and chose to start an additional career in nursing in 2017. Jessica obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing in 2018 and began working as a psychiatric nurse at Boys Town PRTF for four years while simultaneously obtaining her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She graduated in May 2022 and altered her position within Boys Town to Outpatient Psychiatric Care for Children and Adolescents. Jessica has provided medication management with psychotherapy elements for the last 1.5 years.

Jessica is excited to be back in Lincoln closer to family and friends. She is passionate about providing holistic care, mind body healing, and incorporating this into her practice daily. Jessica enjoys traveling, being with her cats, cooking, gardening, and group fitness!
Jessica specializes in pediatric psychiatric mental health, ages 4-25, however, her Doctorate of Nursing Practice and scope of practice includes all ages!
