We get asked all the time “Do you guys do drug testing?” The answer is YES.

 

Drug testing is something we offer to anyone. If you have been using mood altering substances and want to know if you are clean so you can focus on getting healthier or getting a job, come see us. If you have a teen who you suspect of using alcohol or drugs, we can help. If you have a loved one who may be struggling or someone you would like to see get some help, our door is always open.

 

Pine Lake Behavioral Health offers onsite drug testing in a secure setting with immediate results. We are a CLIA Waived laboratory (CLIA # 28D2077900) which uses the latest point of care cups and technology. Our drug testing devices screen for 12 drugs with an individual test strip for each drug. The devices produce results in 60-90 seconds and include testing for adulterants (creatinine, specific gravity, pH levels etc.).

 

Our practice has a non-public secure bathroom inside our suite which is utilized only for patient use and drug testing in accordance with DOT regulations. We are available to perform drug testing by appointment or walk-in Monday-Thursday 8a-7p and Fridays 8a-12:30p. It takes about 8-10 minutes start to finish and you can be provided with a results form upon completion. We also have a relationship with a reputable laboratory Precision Diagnostics should drug testing confirmation be requested or required. Please note that if laboratory confirmation is requested or required there will be an additional fee that is handled directly with the lab. We make this service affordable for individuals and families seeking drug testing services. Whether it is one time or several times we charge $45 per collection for drug testing services ($25 for current patients or those receiving other services at our practice).

 

Drugs we test for onsite include: Marijuana (THC), Cocaine (COC), Morphine (MOP), Amphetamines (AMP), Methamphetamine (MET), Barbiturates (BAR), Benzodiazepines (BZO), Ecstacy (MDMA), Methadone (MTD), Oxycodone (OXY), Phencyclidine (PCP), Buprenorphine (BUP).
